When We Are Closed
After 6.30 pm each evening until 8.00 am the next morning, and all weekends and Public/Bank Holidays, your care is managed by South East Health, a company commissioned by the Great Yarmouth & Waveney Primary Care Trust.
If you need advice that will not wait until the surgery is next open, please telephone the surgery numbers (01493) 661549 or 780111. Your call will be transferred to the team at South East Health, at no extra cost to you. They will take what information they need to assess how best to care for you.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS Direct (0845 4647) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
