Our partnership is committed to providing the best possible care for our patients. Our main premises are at Millwood Surgery, Mill Lane, Bradwell and we have a branch surgery at Belton Medical Centre. All six doctors practice from both premises.

We employ a professional team including a nurse practitioner, practice nurses, receptionists, secretaries, a practice manager and an assistant practice manager. Community nursing staff attached to the practice include health visitors, district nurses, midwives and a mental health link worker.

The information in this website tells you about which services are available at the Practice and is intended to help you get the full benefit from them.

If you have not attended the surgery during the last three years: a member of the practice team would be happy to see you at the surgery by appointment, if you so wish.

If you are aged 75 years or more: a member of the practice team would be happy to see you by appointment at the surgery (or at home if you are unable to attend the surgery), for a health check, if you so wish.
